Ashley was born and raised in the ‘Shark Bite Capital of the World’!
As a proud New Smyrna Beach local, Florida native, and the daughter of a commercial fisherman, she spent her childhood exploring Florida’s coastal shores, rivers, and oceans. She has a love and respect for her hometown and appreciates the economic importance of being a consumer of local products and supporting small businesses.

Through her extensive background in the hospitality industry, Ashley knows how to multitask while providing each client and customer with the communication, concentration, and care they deserve. With experience working in a Family Law office, she knows the extra patience and empathy required in the buying and selling process for clients in these situations, as it’s usually unexpected, emotional, and have additional delays due to the involvement of the court system. She not only understands this process, but is able to communicate with both sides to sell their marital home and help them find their new homes to start the next chapter of their lives with as much ease as possible. With her career and family balance, Ashley has always made time for volunteer and service work through baby cuddling at the NICU, dog walking at the local animal shelters, fostering older dogs, and helping with youth organizations.

The rest of her free time is spent enjoying nature with her family, whether hiking the desserts of the South West, visiting national parks, kayaking, snorkeling Florida’s Keys and springs, or exploring the wetlands of her own backyard. She also enjoys spending time on her homestead, and all things homesteading, from gardening and baking breads, to canning and pickling, to taking care of her chickens and evening fires by the pond.

Ashley hopes to share her love for all things Florida and help others find THEIR little piece of paradise to call HOME.
